How do I receive tips from SureWin
Macau?
SureWin Macau deliver all tips by SMS text, direct to your
mobile phone or by email if requested.
By what time will I receive tips from SureWin Macau?
All tips will be delivered by 9pm (Macau time GMT+8) on all
match-days. There might be late release, where it will be
advised to members, the time of tips release.
Which league does SureWin Macau covers?
SureWin Macau covers major European leagues, eg. English Premier
League, Italian Serie A, Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga,
French Le Championnat, Scottish Premier League, and major cup
competitions, eg. UEFA Champions League, UEFA Cup, English FA
Cup, Carling Cup, EURO, World Cup.
Why do you offer 100% full refunds policy?
SureWin Macau expect the highest quality of tips for all our
members. Therefore, if any tips do not result in a win, we
provide 100% full refund. We see absolutely no reason for our
members to pay us, when they are not winning from our tips -
period! How long can I get back my
refunds?
SureWin Macau will process all refunds request within 24 hours
after the match ended. Doing so will ensure all our members have
sufficient funds in their PayPal account to purchase tips for
the following match day. If I don't
want the refunds, can I request for another tips?
Yes, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours after the
end of the match. Rest assured, the 100% full refunds policy
still apply to the following tips.
Can I request for a free trial tips from SureWin Macau?
We regret that we are not able to provide any free trial tips
for any visitors, as we already have the best 100% full refunds
policy for any tips that lose/draw.
Why does SureWin Macau limit to 50 members per tips?
In order to protect the interest of the paying members, we had
to limit each tips we release, to only 50 members. Doing so will
ensure our members will be able to bet at the best Asian
Handicap odds, and also to avoid over-expose, when too many
punters bet on the same team with huge bets.
Can I pay by bank transfer or Western
Union?
Yes, SureWin Macau accepts all types of payment, in order to
serve a wider member base, in all areas of the world. We
understand that each country have different type of payments

Handicap Odds, as determined by Macauslots.
How many tipsters does SureWin Macau
has?

Can I ask for refunds on free tips
credits?
No refunds on all free tips credits awarded for special promo
deals, on all free credits awarded due to lost/drawn tips for
Special Release purchases etc. All free tips credits cannot be
exchanged for another type of tips services.
